The Furuno FA50
AIS is a Class B transponder unit with GPS antenna capable of
exchanging navigation and ship data between other ships with AIS and
coastal stations to avoid collision. You will need a separate
VHF antenna to work with the included VHF transmitter. AIS
targets are displayed on a PC through integration of included MaxSea
AIS viewer software.
