SHIPMENT TRACKER (Use the Tracker ID e-mailed to you by PSICOMPANY.COM):
Returns and Adjustments: No product may be returned by Customer for any reason without the prior approval of PSICOMPANY.COM. All returns shall be delivered or shipped prepaid to PSICOMPANY.COM's facility in the original packaging or equivalent, together with a dated proof of purchased (including Invoice) and a return authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number may be obtained from PSICOMPANY.COM's customer service department, (253-922-7890), and should be noted on the outside of the shipping container. DO NOT WRITE ON THE SHIPPING OR PRODUCT PACKAGE BOX!
Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage in transit to the product returned to PSICOMPANY.COM. Any product returned to PSICOMPANY.COM without prior authorization for its return or proper packaging will be refused. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Invoice value.
