Two-Way Radio 12v Electronics Installer
Location: Orting, WA
Join a leading Motorola Solutions dealer in the Pacific Northwest! Help integrate MOTOTRBO systems, including CM300d and XPR 5550e units.
Duties:
- Install 12v land-mobile radios in vehicles and facilities
- Support surveillance and cabling systems
- Collaborate on antenna and GPS wiring
- Maintain professional workspace and tools
Qualifications:
- Hands-on 12v experience
- Familiarity with Motorola accessories
- Clean driving record and basic tools
Inside Sales / Customer Service – Two-Way Radio
Location: Orting, WA
Support sales of Motorola Solutions products and over 70 partner lines, helping customers build complete communication systems.
Responsibilities:
- Guide product selection
- Manage orders and support marketing
- Coordinate demos and customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Experience with radios/security electronics

Sales Representative / Account Manager – Solving for Safer Solutions
Location: Orting, WA
Drive growth across our Motorola Solutions and integrated safety technology offerings throughout the Puget Sound region.
Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships across safety, surveillance, and communications systems
- Engage verticals like public safety, logistics, utilities
- Coordinate with engineers for full-system integration
Qualifications:
- Background in technical/outside sales
- Strong grasp of Motorola product ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Journeyman Land-Mobile Radio Technician
Location: Orting, WA
Maintain and install Motorola radio systems across the region, supporting both trunked and conventional infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Install/troubleshoot VHF/UHF/800MHz systems
- Deploy base stations, DAS/BDA systems
- On-call support and field diagnostics
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in two-way radio service
- Knowledge of MOTOTRBO systems
- Certifications like FCC GROL a plus
Avigilon Security Technician
Location: Orting, WA
Support installation and configuration of Avigilon security camera systems and infrastructure for commercial and municipal clients.
Responsibilities:
- Install cameras, servers, and cabling
- Configure Avigilon Control Center software
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain systems
Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial surveillance systems
- Familiarity with network switches and PoE
