Worldwide Shipping

We ship globally via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Most in-stock items leave our Tacoma, WA warehouse within 1 business day. Items that ship directly from a manufacturer generally depart within 3–5 business days.

As soon as your order is released to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the carrier name, service level, and tracking number.

If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us and include your name and order/invoice number. Messages received outside business hours are answered within one business day.

Worldwide Returns & Adjustments

Every product we sell is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in advance by calling Customer Service at 253-922-7890 or by contacting us online.

Return Instructions

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Do not write on the product box.
  2. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping carton (not on the product box).
  3. Ship prepaid and insured to the address provided with your RMA. You are responsible for loss or damage in transit.

All approved returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
