Worldwide Shipping:

We ship internationally using all the major carriers. We usually ship all products within 48 hours either from our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse. Depending on the manufacturer and the product, some may ship the same day but usually never more than 5 days. You will be notified when your product ships and giving the appropriate tracking information. If you have questions or concerns about your merchandise, please contact us. Please be sure to provide your name and order/invoice number. Messages left after business hours will be returned within 1 business day.

Worldwide Returns and Adjustments:

All our products carry a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise noted. No product may be returned by Customer for any reason without our prior approval. All returns shall be delivered or shipped prepaid to our facility in the original packaging or equivalent, together with a dated proof of purchased (including Invoice) and a return authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number may be obtained from our customer service department, (253-922-7890), and should be noted on the outside of the shipping container. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGE BOX!

Customer shall be responsible for all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage in transit to the product returned to to us at the following address. Any product returned to us without prior authorization for its return or proper packaging will be refused. All returned items are subject to a restocking charge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Invoice value unless otherwise agreed to.
