Worldwide Shipping
We ship globally via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Most in-stock items leave our Tacoma, WA warehouse within 1 business day. Items that ship directly from a manufacturer generally depart within 3–5 business days.
As soon as your order is released to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the carrier name, service level, and tracking number.
If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us and include your name and order/invoice number. Messages received outside business hours are answered within one business day.
Worldwide Returns & Adjustments
Every product we sell is covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in advance by calling Customer Service at 253-922-7890 or by contacting us online.
Return Instructions
- Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Do not write on the product box.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping carton (not on the product box).
- Ship prepaid and insured to the address provided with your RMA. You are responsible for loss or damage in transit.
All approved returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
