The Furuno CH270/324 offers two modes for tracking a targeted echo: L/L mode and target lock mode. In target lock mode, fish schools are automatically tracked within a predetermined zone. In L/L mode, the beam is locked on a reef or fish shelter with a chosen target market and can be enhanced with a more accurate position input like WAAS and DGPS.
